This product used to list poliovirus on its label. Poliovirus is the surogate for the non-enveloped virus family. When I called the company and finally spoke with a person in the lab, they told me marketing had them take it off the label so as to be able to lower their contact time from 10 minutes to 3 minutes. They told me they would never admit to telling me this as it could cost them their job,
My inquiry into this was a result of the Amercian Dental Association published article after testing this product and concluding that it does meet its label claims.
You should contact ADA and ask for a copy of their report.
