Laparoscopic
Laparoscopic instruments are used in surgical procedures with the aid of a camera. Visual examination of the inside of the abdomen by means of a laparoscope, also called peritoneoscopy, is provided. These instruments provide access, illumination and visualization of internal structures, illumination and manipulation of soft tissue (grasping, cutting, coagulating, dissecting and suturing) in a wide variety of diagnostic and therapeutic laparoscopic closed and minimally invasive procedures.
